How can we help?
How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide for the individual product and compare its garment measurements with clothing you already own. The hoodie runs small; consider one size up after checking the measurements.
How much is shipping?
We ship to Israel and the United States. Israel: shipping is ₪30 for an order below ₪179.80, or ₪10 from ₪179.80. US: shipping is calculated by order weight at checkout, starting at ₪25. The Israel shipping offer does not apply to US orders.
All prices and checkout charges are currently in Israeli new shekels (ILS); your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
When will my order arrive?
Products are made after your order is placed. Production time is additional to transit time. Contact us before ordering for an estimate for your destination. Items may arrive in separate packages.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email send2eithan@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate a printing or product defect.
Can I cancel or return an order?
See our return policy. Paying in advance or manufacturing after the order does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights.
